Wal-Mart needed a new facility made up of four buildings to house their cold storage and provide the area for the distribution of perishables.
Precision layout of the underground piping was required. This was special because it was all done using GPS, and not lasers. The shear size of the project also made the scheduling extremely important.

The project was to set 16 roof top units with a helicopter in an occupied area. The time allowed for the project- two hours.
This project provided extra challenges because only two hours on a Saturday was given to complete this part of the job. Through extensive coordination with multiple contractors we set the 16 roof top units and completed that facet of the project in the short time frame allowed. Additionally on this project, new air handling units and a chiller were installed; all of the facility’s restrooms were renovated along with the kitchen and print center.

The Lincoln Museum houses the world’s largest private collection dedicated to the life and times of Abraham Lincoln. Among it’s thousands of items includes signed copies of the Emancipation Proclamation and the 13th amendment. Our job was to construct a state of the art museum for showcasing this priceless collection. We created an area with specialized humidification and filtration, moisture/ leak detection to ensure preservation for generations to come.
